I was in the midst of finals during college and the following day I had a physics final that I was cramming for. I left studying just to go to this show and immediately went back to school to pull an all-nighter. This was the 2nd time seeing them live. An amazing performance!!!

Oh, one of the main reasons why I'm releasing this is because I'm on the quest for the last show Thirty Ought Six ever played @ the Roxy. I was there but Sean said there would be a master soundboard recording which didn't pull thru. So that night I didn't record. It was a few years later that I discovered on tapetrader.com that someone did record it but the email was out of date. Soooo, I'm hoping that person would find this and hopefully contact me or release it to the masses as it should be...

.30-06 8/3/96 @ Lollapalooza 3rd Stage, Irvine Meadows, CA

Ok, it's been 13 years ago that I went to this show, but I still remember the experience almost as if it was yesterday!!! The stage was a makeshift one on the back of an enclosed diesel truck bed for an 18 wheeler. No amps were mic'd, there was a not-so-great PA and at least you can hear Sean's Voice through out.

Funny thing, the guy that I talked to during the beginning of the set was Chris who I met at several Hum shows. He was one of their roadies and he hooked up a job with Christie @ Larrikin Management to work Lollapalooza. Nice guy, but I was an idiot for talking to him during the recording--I had shot myself in the foot for that mistake!!!
